AFTERSALE SERVICE
Hanel House anticipate your needs and concerns as you prepare your new home to be exactly the way you want it. We appreciate that finding your way in a foreign country can take time. We are here to advise you and ensure that no time is wasted or mistakes made. As the owner of property abroad you may not be able to be here to oversee all the practicalities and installations necessary. 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, we aim to bridge that distance and guarantee that nothing is overlooked.
Following the purchase of your property, Hanel House provide you with a comprehensive aftersales service. Our team is english speaking and expertly trained to guide you on every step of the way.
Throughout the construction of your property, we will keep you updated with progress reports and photos of the development. Hanel House offer a 5 year construction warranty and aftersales works with you for the duration of that time.
Our aftersales service includes following matters;
Snagging lists
To ensure that our standards are maintained, the final check we make before you move in is a thorough inspection of the new property. In the event of any minor ‘snags’ that may have occurred (ie. to paintwork while installing white goods), with you we will draw up a check-list of anything that needs attention or touching up.
Legal paperwork
We offer advice and assistance regarding legal procedures that can be carried out on your behalf and with your permission such as notary, title deed operations, tax number acquiring, visa and residency permit operations, necessary application documentation for public services etc.
Public services
Our representatives will accompany you to the Notary here in Turkey for the official translation of documents that will enable you to have utilities such as water, electricity and telephone connected in your property.
Bank accounts
We recommend several banks here that have internet banking facilities in English making it easy to access and manage your account wherever you are. In order to open a bank account in Turkey you need a tax number which can be obtained from the local tax office here. The process takes about half an hour and one of our staff will accompany you.
Interior Design Service and Furniture Packages
Depending on whether you intent to rent your property or use it as a second home, you can take as much from this service as you want. Number of our clients choose from a range of our stylish and versatile furniture packages that have been thoroughly researched and designed to transform your house into your home. Additionally, we can take you to a selection of reputable stores where you can select from ranges of high quality, guaranteed goods to personalise your property. If you cannot be here in person to visit the show rooms and go shopping, it is easy to select from collections we offer via the internet. Should you choose to take this route, we can guide you with out recommendations and arrange delivery. Each of these options can kit you out with everything from the essential soft furnishing you need, and kitchen utensils, to ornaments, garden furniture, technical goods and more.
Insurance
It is important that you have the correct insurance policy to cover the building itself, its contents, and any public liability you feel you need if renting out your property. As insurance needs can vary from country to country, our Aftersales team will advise you in choosing the best possible policy for your house and its contents, based on your specific use of the property.
Technical support
All your extra requests such as private pool, parking garage, landscaping, interior architecture etc. are made and followed up with coordination of technical support department.
If your house is not built yet and/or under construction, you are free to pick your own interior wall colors, kitchen cupboards and ceramics, bathroom flooring and wall ceramics.
All the extra requests you might have, are forwarded to relevant technical team & project group by customer representative and necessary explanations made back to you in regards to these demands. Our friends, responsible of communications, will let you know of progress in construction by sending you periodically taken pictures.
Complex Management services
Garden and pool care, security, maintenance, collection of maintenance fees and following up on bills.
Home management services
House cleaning and laundry services are provided upon request.
Hotels and Airport transfers
We can arrange airport transfers, hotel reservations or rental property and car rental for you any time. Just let us know the date of your arrival in advance and what is required.
Visa
Tourist visas regularly issued to British and Irish citizens on entry to Turkey cost 8-10 GBP, are valid for 3 months, and grant you multiple entry within that period. They do not grant permission to work or have residency.
Extras
Obtaining a mobile telephone SIM card and number in Turkey is easy and inexpensive. There are various companies to choose from whether you are looking for a scratch card top-up or a number running on a monthly bill. To apply and register a land line telephone connection you must be resident in Turkey. Turk Telekom is the Turkish equivalent to BT and provides the service. There is a one-off payment for installation and then bills come monthly. Both dial-up and broadband internet connections are available. Broadband is known here as ADSL which tends to be a better bet economically if you spend a lot of time on the net. The standard monthly rate for this is around 20 GBP. IAs yet in Turkey there is no such thing as a TV license. All our properties are fitted with television sockets so all you need to do is plug it in! Various grades of satellite and digital packages are available from the local Digiturk to Sky.

RENTAL SERVICE
If you do not intend to live in your property on a permanent basis then renting your property is an excellent way to cover the running expenses of your property and generate a return on your investment. Our aim is to serve the owner with a high quality, reliable and complete rental solution that will maximize their rental income by our genial and sincere team. With this conception, our team members are offering professional services in all aspect of the main rentals procedures such as the preparation of the properties, advertising and marketing, reservation control, transfer, regular checks to the properties, cleaning, credit controls and communication.
